It's a good idea but here supermarkets and membership discount stores that offer delivery services have a high purchase amount.
I wish convenience stores like 7-11 would have a delivery service too and with a low purchase amount.

@MarleneAM it's better if convenience stores offer that kind of service since location wise there's always a branch near you that means faster delivery time right?

@MarleneAM I use it here in India. Pretty good prices and they usually deliver the next day.

Honestly, I haven't tried it. However, there are some locals who sell on the street and go from one house to another. Most of them offered fresh vegetables from their farmland. Regardless, I think it is a good business in my city. I am planning to have mobile vegetable delivery in the future.

the wet market and big supermarket are just 2 streets away from us, so it's easy for us to go there. even the small sari-sari stores around the neighborhood sell some of the stuff if you only need a few.

The big supermarket chains here in the UK all deliver. I tried it years ago but there was a charge, the range was more limited than in stores, there were substitutions for items not available and the delivery times were not very exact. I'm sure they will have improved since then but when I shop I search out items with the longest 'Use by' dates and I am not sure that delivery services will go out of their way to find these for me!
