Knitting on a loom ....is it easy ? / myLot

Okay, so I knit ....but until now I have been using regular needles. I have recently been thinking of buying a loom..... I was wondering if any mylotters use one of these and how easy it was to use ? Also , compared to regular knitting how much wool does it use ...? I guess I would be thinking of using it to make hats and scarves but also I saw some flowers that had been made using a loom and thought I could do a wreath for Christmas to hang on the door.... Anyway ...any info would be good before I go out and buy one ... Thank you crafty mylotters.

Knitting needles are more flexible, a loom is quicker for basic things. It's not difficult to learn. About the wool, a knitting loom requires 1.5 times the yarn you need when you use knitting needles.

I love knitting, do it daily

I know how to use a loom, but do not use it much.... it is not easy to learn how to use it... As soon as you learn, it is fast and easy
