Forbidden foods for eczema

I have eczema and it has been very stubborn. I don't know what is the cause. It started with eczema on the fingers. I read somewhere that one should not take fish, eggs and shellfish when one has eczema.
Is it true? Are there foods one should not eat when he has eczema?
