Have you tried tapping (EFT)?

I don't remember when I heard about this tapping (EFT or Emotional Freedom Techniques), perhaps it's from HayHouse newsletter, and the first website I learned about tapping is from The Tapping Solution. I am not practicing it yet, simply because I am too lazy. I have watched a few videos about tapping and I found it's really amazing. It sounds like a solution for everything, and it sounds too good to be true too. I always told myself to give it a try, but I haven't practice it consistently yet. I hope I can get rid of some of my pains, especially headache, and perhaps my stress too. The online 10th Annual Tapping World Summit hosted by The Tapping Solution is going to start on 26 February. It's 10 day summit, with many experts sharing about tapping, and it's free. I listened to a few speakers talking about tapping last year, and I think it's good for me to listen to some this year, learn more about tapping and really start doing it. Have you tried tapping? What do you think about it? If you are interested, you can visit this link to check out the summit:
This year is a momentous occasion, because 2018 marks our 10th annual Tapping World Summit! That's right! It's been 10 years since we at The Tapping Soluti

I have tried it to no avail, but only after watching some videos. From what I have read, it seems to make sense biologically.

I read some scientific proofs about this technique, and it sounds like it makes sense too. Moreover, I think it might just feel good if we do the affirmation. I am not sure if it will really help, I am trying to spend time listening to the online summit, following the tapping and see how it goes.

There is a woman here at mylot what does this eft tapping. She suggested it to me for my son but I don't think he would allow it as he doesn't like to be touched with the Aspergers.

I thought it's done by oneself. I am not sure if the expert can help to tap others, but I always watch that we actually do the tapping ourselves. Perhaps you can check out the online summit or any related tapping information, and learn how to teach your son to do the tapping himself. Perhaps he can also learn it himself if he is interested. It looks quite simple, just a few taps on a few points on our body. Maybe you can also search for the related topic according to what your son needs.

We are aware of this and do know some feel it gives them the results they were expecting. It certainly doesn't hurt anyone to give it a try.

Yes, I agree with you. It doesn't harm at all, and we can just do them at home anytime. It seems like it doesn't require long time too, perhaps just 5 to 10 minutes, it will work.

I have read about this method that is a mix of ancient Chinese Acupressure and modern Psychology. I have never tried tapping and I would not, because you must know what you do, as everything. Watching a video is not enough.

I am not sure if it's related to acupressure, because it doesn't really press on our body, but just lightly tap with our fingertips. I read that it's also utilizing our body's energy meridian points, which is similar to acupressure and acupuncture. The videos or audios I listened to encourage us to tap together, so I think it's actually not harmful at all even though we don't get it right, unlike acupressure and acupuncture. Of course, I am not quite sure about this too, as I don't know this well yet.
