Embalming or cremation - which do you prefer?

Embalming is the process of using chemicals to delay the decay of a body. It is later buried.
Cremation is the burning of a dead person.
I am afraid of being cremated. I just don't know why. I love to be buried the same way as were my ancestors.
What about you? Which do you prefer - embalming or cremation?
