I am staying in the public housing which I got with my wife.
While we are content, we will like to strive to stay in a condo. It is the process that we hope to enjoy.

In Singapore, it is better to buy a condo? Very expensive.

It is terribly expensive. At times it could be about 4 times the price of the public housing depending on the locations and facilities provided.

condo is not worth it. You own the unit but you still have to pay money for maintenance. A house is better especially if it has a backyard.

@jvincent_129 Condo is more expensive as not only you will buy the Unit, you will still pay maintenance, You it's like paying rent.

I think in the philippines specifically in Manila, its better to find a condo, house and lot are hard to find. Do you agree?
