Humming This Morning

Sinuses have really been acting up this morning, so I went looking for something that did not include medication if I can help it. I take enough of those as it is.
I was just reading that if you hum for 60 seconds the humming can increase the nitric oxide in your nose and sinuses which leads to less inflamation. I'm going to give it a try and see if it works. Has anyone tried this?? Now to come up with a song to hum for the next little while. If 60 seconds is good... a couple of minutes should be even better.

Hope your sinuses feel better soon, I am a sinus sufferer but this winter my sinuses have been quiet and now that spring is here they are starting to drip.

I'm not sure what is causing my problems. I am ruling one thing out after another until I can figure it out!!

@LadyDuck Not 100% sure yet, but I did notice one little change last night. Enough to having me humming again this morning!!

Mine is usually worse at night, so I'm hoping that tonight will be better than last night, so will let you know. Last night was so bad, I would be happy with just a tiny improvement.

You can only try the method once.
I have had sinus thing before but not sure how I got rid of it.
The medicine tastes awful if I do have to use and I try not to.
Good luck and hope it clears.

I'm trying to cross off items that might be causing it... but I'm hoping that this will help and that I will see at least a little improvement.
