Good Monday morning to each of us here; how is everyone?
For the Catholics, today is Holy Monday. The weather is also cooperating with the Christian faith- it is gloomy. I expect the gloom will continue until Black Saturday.
My sister left early at 8:30AM to go to the bank for the renewal of the time deposit account (of our mother) that is already renamed to me and my sister. Banks and government and some private offices will close on Holy Wednesday so she thought of doing that now.
As usual, my sister complains of the body aches and pains, and the manifestations she feels are all subjective in nature. I even encouraged her to go on executive check-up but she has doubts about the doctors here, so I advised when she goes to her daughters in the capital city to undergo the check-up; anyway she is a beneficiary to her youngest daughter.
When she asked me what medicines she should take, I told her to take food supplements (she has so many medicines for specific signs and symptoms). Again, she asked me what. I had to check on the internet, and asked her to buy capsules for a week only, to try it out.
I hope the capsules she will take will manage her pains and aches.
Are you in to food supplements?

my sister already finished her myonal medicine and she is taking a tablet a day of the supplemental. it is psychological of her to say that after 2 days of taking 2 tablets, she feels mild relief now.

well, based on how she is advised by our cardiologist when she complains of her illness and the doctor keeps mum, i think some are psychosomatic only. i think some at 'in her mind' and the manifestations are created because she feels she has it.
