Has anyone ever stalked you? Someone was stalking me years ago. This was a guy I knew but never had a relationship with. It started with phone calls. Every night at five minutes until 1 am, I got a phone call. He never said a word just sat there breathing. It took a long time for me to realize who it was. Then he found me and said he was 'available.' He said it did not matter what I thought. "I always get what I want," he said. Well, I told him to stop and he took that as a challenge. He tried to give me money and I refused. I also refused his presents. I did not know what to do about this guy but God took care of him. He died in a hospital of one or more of his many health problems. I felt sorry for him but can't say I was sad that he was gone.

Oh wow! It is good your stalker is gone! I had one, it was my exbf / baby daddy. After we broke up, he was constantly messaging me and my friends to find out where I was and all this. One time I was at the library using the computers, on AIM (instant messenger) and all of a sudden he popped up there by a new name, because I had blocked his other one, and keep asking where I was then kept making new ones, til he some how learned I was at the library, then he shows up!!!

Wow, it is worse for you. He is the baby daddy so you can't escape that easily. I was lucky. I never had a relationship with my stalker so it was easier in some ways. I hope you stay safe.

@Courtlynn Why is he not in jail? If he hurt your child, that is where he should be.

@akalinus him being the babydaddy didn't matter, because he had abused my daughter - and she had been taken by the state because of it, and I dumped him because of it. He just wanted me back, and it was not happening.

Good heavens... that is one scary guy. I'm glad that he is not in position to start again on the stalking. Yeah, I feel bad for him too, but he had problems..

Yes, major problems. I think he was a psychopath and possibly a criminal.

That is scary. I did have a stalker once. Actually a friend and I had it happen. We pissed a lot of people off though and so we decided it was probably someone out to get us and teach us a lesson. It was really scary though.

@shaggin I once saw this guy jump on someone in a supermarket. I left. I did not stick around to find out what happened.

It is always scary because you don't know what they are capable of doing.

Good thing that he cannot bother you any more too. I got stalked for a while but when I told two men that I knew they went after him and told him to clear off and I never had any more problems afterwards thank goodness.

@akalinus I really am as well. He was nothing but a pest and not altogether in the head I think.

It's crazy how stalkers don't know the meaning of the word "no," and actually look at that as a challenge to further encourage their psychopathic behavior.

I am sure that he thought it was a challenge because I did not jump into his arms. Too bad. He did not know the meaning of 'no.'

I am sorry to know about the stalker. I thought stalking only happen in the movies or it never occur at all. Being stalked is creepy and dangerous. It might even get worst. Lucky, God intervened.

@akalinus that is so true. And there is that eerie feeling that your every action is being watched and life is a living hell. And there are people who could not even go out because of fear.

I think only as a child and it was fairly harmless. I must have been about 14 and a boy I was at school with had an obsession. He even asked me to marry him!

I take it that you were too young and said no. I remember when a guy I met came to where I was living and threatened to blow up the house. I was not even there.

@LeaPea2417 Yes, but a lot of things in life are scary. We have to deal with them when they come up.

It is annoying when something like this happens and we can say a word to protect our family and our privacy.

I think he took it as a challenge because I did not even like him. Yeah, I prayed for him to stop but did not intend that he should die.

Wow! I'm sorry you were stalked, and shouldn't be amazed at God stepping in to take care of the matter, but I'm very happy he did.
