Got all my Easter shopping done today even with car trouble

Both my kids are on Easter Vacation from school I went shopping today as I had nothing for them for Easter.
My first stop was to the mall where I found my son a WWE Shinsuke Nakamura candy bar at FYE and my daughter a Kurt Cobain Popz figure. I got my son a PS3 game at GameStop but don't even remember what one it was now that I write this lol.
I got groceries at Aldi's and headed to Walmart. I gunned it to get across the busy intersection. Then down the road about a mile I went up a little hill to Walmart and my van quit. It started right back up thankfully. Got all my shopping done at Walmart (groceries and Easter candy) and left for home.
I had checked while I was at the mall a few hours before to see if my order at Hot Topic was in but it wasn't. I wanted to check again before driving the hour home so I pulled over and was happy to see that I had just gotten an email to confirm my order arrived. Drove across the street and at a stop sign my can shut off again. Started right back up though and I drove to a parking spot.
Picked up my order for the combat boots my daughters been wanting. Then headed for home and thankfully no more vehicle issues.
When I got home and was putting my groceries away my boyfriend stopped by to look at my van but didn't see any reason it was acting the way it was.
I made some pickled eggs and beets tonight. After they are done marinating I will be turning the eggs into deviled eggs for Easter dinner.

Sounds like you have a bad fuel filter, I had 2 trucks that did that when the fuel filters on the fuel lines were getting clogged. A few dollars is what they cost.

@andriaperry I think I had that happen on this van a few years back come to think of it. It was all gunked up and nasty when they took it out and cleaned it.

@mlgen1037 it was a good day even if the van was acting up I still got everything done that I needed to do. I love deviled eggs and hope these will be good. I've never had them this way before.

@mlgen1037 I don't drive it on a daily basis. I made it home and was so happy about it. I will call the garage on Monday to see when I can drop it off to be looked at.

@Tina30219 thank you very much. I will be calling the garage Monday to see when my van can be looked at. I am just so relieved I made it home and did not wind up broken down on the highway. I hope you have a nice Easter as well.

Maybe you are do for a tune up. That's what my vehicle does when I'm about due for some new plugs and points.

I hate car trouble. Maybe you need your plugs changed..that was the issue when mine was acting like that.
