I have a stomach problem.

This afternoon, for no reason at all, I started with diarrhea. I don´t usually have these problems as I cook from scratch and my food is very healthy. I don´t know what may have caused it. The worst problem is that I will not be able to deal with it the way I usually do, with a diet, as I invited my aunt for lunch tomorrow and offered her kidneys with mashed potatoes. I would prefer a soup, of course. I hope it all goes away during the night What do you do when you have such problems?

Aww poor thing! I get a lot of tummy problems so I normally have a soda like a 7-up or Sierra Mist (Normally a knock off brand but it helps just the same) It helps me a lot. And then I just sleep and make sure to drink a water.

I do not have such issues normally but I always recommend black tea every two to three hours with dry toast.

I don't how this works for you but my grandmother used to apply coconut oil for stomach ache and drink the buttermilk with adding sugar (lassi) so that it controls the heat produced in the body. I hope you will feel better soon

You have to take medicines as its a bacterial infection. No other way. Always eat hot cooked food. Always check non veg items while buying whether they are fresh or not. Store remaining foods in refrigerator. To drink water first boil your water, then filter it and store it in container. Avoid drinking and eating with friends specially in one plate/one bottle. Wash your hand with antiseptic liquids/soaps timely. Keep kitchen clean. Diarrhea bacteria comes from outside to our body. If we can keep our outside clean(above things) then no diarrhea.

White rice and boiled carrots stops it in its tracks usually. No more than a day though. Hope you are okay now.

It could be stomach bug, we had this problem from Autumn until a few weeks ago here. If you still have the problem today, go to see your doctor.

@marguicha It's weird, I had the same problem during the night, but I am fine now. I always cook food myself from scratch, it cannot be the food.

I usually stop eating altogether for 24 hours but that is a bit difficult if you have a guest for lunch.
