Energy, fervor, eagerness, passion and keeness. Things that depression doesn't really give you or let you have. It is so nice to have enthusiasm and energy in life. Doing things we enjoy in life is so very important. Having a job we enjoy is so fortunate and makes it less work. Keeping organized and not over doing is helpful to keeping our enthusiasm. Setting healthy boundaries helps too. Are you one of the lucky ones? Do have enthusiasm in and about your life?
