This product works extremely well for me and has done so for almost 15 years now. I did try other (cheaper) products about 5 years ago to see if I could find an inexpensive product with the same performance but there is no such thing. I tried everything on the market I could find including the cheap knock offs but none worked at all. I went back to Proactiv and now people are commenting how great my skin looks and I look younger than I did 5 years ago went i went off Proactive. Tips: Use the entire kit and use it exactly as directly. This is the most important tip I can pass along. I tried "saving" money by by skipping various steps over a period of a year, the result was that the Proactiv treatment appeared to not work. When I went back to using it as directed it worked without problem and my skin looked great again.

Hello babyjane - I didn't know the product has been around for such a long time! Thanks for the tips, promise not to skip any steps! lol. I guess you get what you pay for - although it's expensive and it works - what price would one put on beautiful skin! Many thanks for your response. Have a great weekend!

Thankfully I do not have a problem with acne, having long since outgrown it. Sorry, I cannot really help you with this one feralwoman, but maybe this response will bring you some more action on the discussion. LOL

Thanks for replying. I liked your comment earlier about being glad you weren't crossing the Sydney Harbour Bridge in rush hour and having to hold your breath. Great sense of humour!. Don't have a major problem, just the occasional breakout, which is really irritating at my age!!! LOL

When I used it a long time ago I was very happy with the results. It cleared it up quickly and stayed clear while I used it. But just couldn't see having to buy it on TV or online so I stopped using it. Maybe now I'd find that I wouldn't mind having to order it like that, but just never thought about restarting it.

Hi there! What they do now is send you the stuff at certain intervals, you sort of join a free club and you can order the stuff and have it delivered to any timescale you want. You still have to re-start your order on-line or off TV, but once that's done it's a piece of cake! Thank you so much for responding! lol

YES !!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Proactive works. As long as you use it as directed it will start to clear you right up in a few weeks. I have used it and I know several people that it worked wonders for the acne..By the way I love the necklace in the picture.

Yes, this stuff worked well for me... Cleared me up in two weeks was pretty good. But it is to expensive, and to many steps for my taste, so I went back to just soap and water... Because I really am not to be on how I appear anyhow :). But for those who are worried about acne this stuff works very well, on certain skin types. My skin is oiley on dry skin. So it worked well with mine, big poors, and definately weather damaged. So it helped me skin out alot. - DNatureofDTrain

Hello there, Yes it is rather expensive, but I think if it works then it's worth it. I find it quite quick and easy to use. Only 3 steps & you're done. Thanks for your response:)

I have heard some say it work, and some it doesn't. I guess it would depend on the persons skin.
