Health Beat: The Latest Tips In Research
Yoga can ease low back pain. Studies have shown this method of stretching may be just as effective as doing physical therapy. I do gentle yoga daily and suffer from a chronic back condition. I have incorporated this discipline in addition to my PT exercises and this has really improved my condition.
Have you tried yoga to help with pain?

Extremely helpful. You stretch to your capability, no competition. It's relaxing and very good exercise.

From one yoga fan to another it really helps! I have more energy, my muscles don't get stiff, I sleep better and I have fewer bad issues! Those "Cat cows" and "Down Dogs" are a real benefit, lol.

DB, thanks for that. I still have to figure something like beginning yoga or something to relax myself.

Yes, it is best to work at a pace comfortable to you. What I like about yoga is the exercise is not competitive. You do what your capable of doing and overtime you see improvement.
