We took a walk

There is nothing outstanding about the fact that I took a walk, but it is not our habit. It is a habit we need to get into, though, for good health.
Our town has lots of hills, and broken up streets and uneven pavement. The few sidewalks we have are very uneven. I tripped a lot. But we survived and came back home.
I am pretty well done with the computer stuff I want to do tonight. I will see everyone in the morning.
Weather permitting, we will take another walk. Hubby and me.

I imagine you can find some great places to walk. When my first husband and I lived near San Diego, I did a lot of walking.

I like walking, too, it is a good activity. And there are very nice places to discover on a walk.

I think the sidewalks are more dangerous than the streets. I hope to make a habit of walking more.

The fields I walk are not even and has pot holes, all sticks are snakes as far a I am concerned. But its soft and not hard on the knees
Stick to the same route and you`ll remember those places to sttep over.

I may switch to the field across the street, at least on occasion. The entire town here is very hilly, so it is a good cardio workout.

I talk about my daily walk, quite often. It's just something I like to do, so my blood glucose is kept down. It's a good habit to get into, for anyone who's able.

Both hubby and I need to do it more. I told him how good it would be for my glucose level. Too much rain today. Just taking my trash out for Monday (so I do not worry about it tomorrow) got my feet soaked.

@GardenGerty I took Kobe out for the night and ended up with mud all up the back of my pants! It's so wet and sloppy in our yard

I love to take walks. I'm fortunate enough to live three blocks from two different level trails that are connected to each other. I make good use of them. Sometimes, just for variety, I'll drive to a different area to take my walk. I pretty well know all those pretty areas by now. None are very far away.

We have some neat places we can go walk. I also can have access to an indoor track not far from here.

@GardenGerty That's great. When I was growing up people were recovering from the war, suburbs weren't so crowded, and cities didn't think about city beautification, open space, or fitness. Most people worked hard enough physically to stay fairly fit.

It is a great exercise, but we did not walk in the rain today.
