Save some time...it would be smart to create a laser we could program to find the right mate.

Think about it. You put in all the characteristics you don't want in this laser. Click it from a distance to see if this person has any of those characteristic you just don't want in a significant other. Then you program it with all that you want. Click it to see if these person has any of those. You could know all of this beforehand so you don't waste your time with the wrong person. Oh no, this guy picks his teeth...no way! Oh look at this one....this one doesn't even brush his teeth! It's time to go to a different street...maybe a different town! This could save us a lot of time.

Not for me. That would take away the thrill of the chase. I think there are grand lessons to be learned from love. Knowing everything about a significant other without giving them a chance is denying yourself the opportunity for growth.

It would give you the opportunity to find out if there are any red flags before wasting a lot of time.

@MsBooklover it would be really good if we could wand them and then put what's left through the computer matchmaking system!!!! It could produce a match of about 98% perfection!!!!!

@db20747 This would make a lot of money. People are tired of wasting their time on losers.

Oh, wow! But no. I'd hate the idea of someone pointing a laser at me and knowing all my faults, flaws and imperfections. It's creepy!

It took me over two years to find out things I wish I could have found out immediately.
