@rebelann Maybe mosquitos are too particular these days - just like kids these days
! As a kid I got them on my legs or arms - but I thought that's because those were the parts that were exposed (but never the face for some reason). I can't remember if I ever got bitten on the neck!

Not exactly @mlgen1037 In spring there are a lot of hungry insects plus the winds bring in more insects and each year I get insect bites but mostly they are just itchy and irritating. I'd be more worried if it were a Black Widow sting or something like that.

@rebelann That's interesting, is there a lot of insects there this time of year. Mosquitos are out here pretty good at nightt, but do not see anything during day other than flies. Maybe put some tea tree oil on it.

There are always insects around here @crossbones27 more in early spring or late fall but since we rarely get really cold winters they don't have a reason to go n hide.

@rebelann No. If this happened outside it could be just about anything, but not bedbugs.

That is one thing I really don't like about the summer here..I am always ending up with unknown bug bites and it drives me completely nuts..most of them aren't out now with the cold weather we have been having,,,and I have to say, I don't miss em!

my hairdresser was talking about some insects that look like stink bugs, but they bite. I can't remember that name she gave or if her bite itched.

I'm allergic to the chemicals in bug sprays so I've been using vinegar, it seems to work plus the vinegar soothed the itchiness of the bites.
