Diary Tuesday 24th April 2018 The weekly random food bag collection today with cheap food on offer from local supermarkets in a random allocation. Unusually there was a higher surplus than usual so we all got two bags of food each, including fresh onions, curries, breakfast bars, sliced meats, etc. I helped one elderly lady present get her heavy bags home to her house and she treated me to home made chips(French fries) for helping her. They were very nice. Later I called to the post office to collect some books they'd failed to deliver as the books were too big to fit in my mail box. Diary Wednesday 25th April 2018 My welfare hearing day today, and this one went well. I was able to fill in an expenses claim after the recent training course I was on, so I should get my travel costs reimbursed.
