Getting Ill With Walmart

I went to Wal Mart to buy the snacks needed for our beach trip today. Among chips, candy, drinks (fruity juices and water), and peanuts, I bought several packs of fruit (strawberries, blueberries, apples, and oranges). When I got to the hotel and took the fruit out of the cooler, I went through all four packs and had to throw them everyone away. All the fruit was old or ruined except the oranges. The oranges were the only thing not pre-packaged. This has been a common occurrence for me with walmart produce. When it comes to fruit and veggies, from now on, I will buy from local farmers. I am tire of WalMart's disregard for decent product.

The lettuce here is really bad. The rest of Walmart fruits and vegetables are not bad.

It is the same here. I quit buying lettuce at walmart last year because it only lasts about 24 hours. I buy lettuce from a local grocery store that buys from local farmers.
