My feet are always cold / myLot

Hi friends. I always had this problem of cold feet. What do I mean by cold feet? Well, when others have no trouble with their feet and they would most likely feel no coldness to their feet, my feet are cold. Of course I am not talking about the extremely hot temperatures during summer time when it is impossible even for my feet to be cold, but I am talking about days when the temperature inside the house is over 18 Celsius degrees and my feet are feeling cold. During winter time, there are times when my feet actually hurt due to the cold temperatures outside but my friends are perfectly fine and their feet do not hurt nor anything. They are like "what??!! It is not that cold for my feet to hurt". Does anyone here know how I can get rid of this problem? This problem has always been with me since like forever.

I am the same. I don't really care about it since there is nothing wrong with me except for having cold feet. You can soak your feet into warm water before go to bed. So you can fall asleep soon.

not when i am sleeping and not during the morning time. I do put them on a few hours later.

We usually don't get that kind of temperature here unless we turn on the air-condition and set it to that. And sometimes my feet would get cold. That's why I can't sleep without a duvet. And when it gets really cold, I would wear wool socks.
