Hello everybody! How are you!
On time! Yes, power interruption came at exactly 8am right after I posted my discussion about the flirting of Sydney to Macy.
The 3 of us went to the city to let our generator be repaired. It is now finished and the problem was the carburetor and spark plug had to be cleaned and changed respectively. My son is waiting for a tricycle to transport him at a nearby gasoline station and so far, there are no tricycles around.
We have this temperature at 36 degrees Celsius now. Sweat is profusely dripping; good thing I have my fan.
Right now, I am counting the hours until 5pm and hope they will switch on the electricity as scheduled. Though sometimes if it is the national grid that requests for the interruption, it might extend to an hour or more so.
2:30pm:
Right now, the generator is on and surprise, I can connect here. After an hour though the generator will be switched off. Till later my friends. Signing off for now.

no, hija. i think the brownouts aome once every 2-3 weeks now. of course it should be rotating brownouts. this brownout, it was only our purok that was affected because we are connected to the main highway where government offices are located.

@ridingbet Oh now I understand. We have here too but only 15 minutes is the longest. Are they conserving energy when there are rotating brownouts?

@mlgen1037 no hija. the rotating brownout is scheduled so some areas will enjoy electricity. anyway, it is once every 2-3 weeks so it is fine with us, and as long as it is during daytime not at night.

We had rain yesterday night. There was dust storm and it made some troubles. After the rain the temperature dropped down from 42 degree to 20 degree. What a wonderful climate, lol. Now it is 26 degree but I know it will shoot up so soon.
Power is playing a major role as well.

@ridingbet It is not muddy even though heavy rain was there. It all evaporated within no time. I too wonder there was no puddles anywhere after the rain which is unusual.

so was it muddy there after the rain? you had dust storm, right? so after the dust, fell the rain which might result to mud?

@Sreekala maybe the dust storm is not like the dust here in my place. usually, when it rains after dust form, there will be mud all over the place

I am already taking 2 to 3 baths a day lately so it's an indication how hot our temperatures are. It's good you have a generator.

That is scorching hot! Don't forget to drink plenty of water to avoid dehydration. I hate power outage during summer season. Is there daily power outage in your location?

we actually had it repaired, and i paid P560. we used the generator until 4pm when it ran out of gasoline. when my son removed the wire, i immediately switched on the main power switch and i was surprised because there was electricity already.

Power cuts are really annoying. We had it yesterday midnight when we were sleeping. It was two hours long. It left us in sweat wide awake.

Yeah, it's hot but It's good because I get myself an excuse to bath since it's the warm weather, cold water becomes very useful and no need for hot water.

the water direcly from the faucet is sometimes cool and it is nice splashing it on ur bodies. but before the cool water, the very warm water flows down first.
