Hello everyone. Yesterday, I bought coconut fruits. I asked the seller to separate the juice/water and the meat. For the meat I made it into a dessert for my daughter. And for the juice. I put it in a pitcher and put it in the freezer. Do you know that coconut water/juice contains a lot of anti oxidants to heal the hody. It is also the best drink to rehydrate our body especially after workout or exercise. It is very refreshing also to drink. Do you like to drink coconut water/juice?

Yes, I like it very much. It is easily available in our native place, but it is costly the place I live at present.

Coconuts are available in my country in the markets for 2 months each year. It is like gambling, I can't tell if it is fresh and ripe sweet or old and gray from bacteria inside. The amount of juice in 1 coconut can be up to 1 glass. I don't think it is refreshing more than water, but, I like the taste of it. Sometimes, I open the coconut just to see it got bacterias, bad smell, gray color areas... You must know that coconut also contains saturated fat, so, there are pros and cons, negative and positive for it. I like opening it, it is challenging :-)

Yes, the coconut milk has the fats. But the water is very refreshing. So it is not available always in your country?
