Do You Use Air Fryer?

Hello everyone.
I want to ask those who have this on their kitchen, what are your views on using an air fryer? Have you use one? Is it the same as frying with oil? The quality of food outcome?
I am asking you these becasue I want to buy one but I do not know anyone from my family and friends who uses air fryer. I wanted to fry leas the oil.
What can you say?

@andriaperry People either love me or hate me for telling it like it is. 
I do that in all things. haha It isn't a total piece of crap but it is definitely one of those unnecessary appliances that people DON'T need.
I also see people talking about doing Prime Rib in an air fryer. I call SHENANIGANS on that!

@rakski I think they're just a gimmick. My daughter likes hers, but they're nothing more than a little oven. Nothing is fried, just baked.

I wanted to buy, a friend has one, I tried the food fried in a air-fryer, is not at all the same as food fried in deep oil. I do not fry food a lot, but if I do, I want the real thing. Anyway, it is not true that you fry "WITHOUT" oil, you use very little, about 2 tablespoon.

I have seen this in a cooking show. I forgot what cooking show that was but it made me curious about air fryer. I thought at that time that was cool. In fact, I wanted to buy one until I forgot about it. Now that you've mentioned it, I am thinking where to buy that
