Hot Springs?

Has anyone ever soaked in one of these? I am not much into knowing the science behind this, but its derived from some type of mineral hot spring that occurs naturally and is packed full of minerals that are supposedly good for your skin.
I have a former coworker who would said she soaked in this famous hot spring in Tecopa, CA called Delights Hot Springs. She had eczema badly but about 10 days after... she was cured.
While in the desert,me and my sister went to this hot spring and somehow endured 30 minutes soaking in their 105+ degree hot spring bath (in the 95 degree heat after hiking, yikes!) I told her not to get her hopes up for ridding herself of eczema, but we were in the area and it was cheap. Why not?
Have you ever done this? What are your thoughts? Did you notice any improvement in skin condition? Attached is a photo of their eclectic decorative displays!

Years ago a local stream was but nothing within 10 years. I found it helped with soreness and relaxing.

@maezee Hot Springs is a rundown city that was once a fashionable resort. The actual springs are part of the national park.

Hot water always feels good on the body. I have been in a hot spring and it felt good but did not notice any miracles.

I love hot springs although I´m not sure if they are as healthy as they say they are.

I had been in one and my bones thanked me because it felt so great. My skin also felt smoother after I soaked for few hours.

I went once to a place where there was thermal springs and all the people attending used to put mud from the bottom of theses springs on their bodies and faces, supposedly for restoring the skin.

It's a beautiful picture of the hot spring. No, I've never been in one, but my kids were when they went on vacation with my parents to Canada when they were younger.

We been to one more than once called Belknap Hot Springs between where we live and the Cascade Mountains, about 60 miles up the McKenzie Highway. It is a supervised one with changing rooms and showers too. Great place. Did not have any effect on normal skin.

We have cold and hot springs here in Camiguin Island in the south. It was refreshing and relaxes the body.
