I want the drips in the bathroom sinks turned OFF. If they are genuine leaks I want them STOPPED. Hubby and Princess seem to think they are her personal drinking fountains in the bathroom. The problem is the most persistent leak is HOT water. She will not drink that. I am a majorly, miserly Scrooge. I want to economize in many ways. I do not like wasting water or the natural gas to heat it. Something is going to change soon.

I can understand very well and I would not like to see water dripping, it stains the ceramic in the long run.

Yes, it does. Not so much stains here as mineral build up but it is not attractive on this old green porcelain sink.

I agree with you.... last week there was a persistent run of water after flushing the toilet... and that was driving me mad ... especially as our water bills are meter based....

That is how we are billed as well.Sometimes it is necessary to fix the inner parts of a toilet to get it to fill and stop properly. Other times it is just an adjustment.

I'm the same way, I hate to have a dripping faucet, my husband always takes a few minutes and puts a new washer on the tap and that usually fixes it. Good luck getting yours fixed.
