Why was the Guard so rude?

It was on the news about a security guard who did not allowed a couple who are PWD (Person's with disabilities).
During the media interview, they said the guard was rude in checking their bags. They hesitated and asked him to look again, but instead the guard push them away.
They complained to the management. But the apology coming from the guards wasn't sincere and they were laughing about it.
I don't understand this. Why was he rude? Did he thought they were pretending to be deaf and mute? or He was just plain ignorant and not in the mood?
We had a bad experience yesterday (May 25, 2018) at farmers mall in Cubao. It was between 3 to 3:30 pm when me and my boyfriend entered the farmers mall gate...

@Letranknight2015 _He should have just allowed the couple to enter instead of being rude. I notice the couple who posted the video wrote a very detailed explanation of what happen in very good English which leads me to suspect that the note they wrote to the guard telling him they were PWD was also in English but the guard didn't understand any English.

No Security Guard should ever be allowed to behave like that to anyone under any circumstances.
They have as many rights as anyone else.

Have him on the carpet about it and tell him he will have his wages suspended the next time he tries to do that.
That ought to shake him up a bit losing a part of his wages at least.
