The Rain Just Stopped!

When I woke this morning the rain was pouring and I was dreading driving to work, the caregiver job today, Tony had his infusion. But the rain stopped about 15 minutes before I was leaving.
The drive there was dry and a couple hours passed while inside the building, Since I make these work days days of book reading, I found myself a nice quiet corner away from the t.v. and I began to read the new novel, After you by Jojo Moyes, I swear by the third chapter I had teary eyes and stuffy nose, when we came out is was sunny and hot.
Its still shining and I do give thanks to God for the safe trip there and back. As full as it was today, rain would have made it twice as dangerous.
I made good time on the interstate so I went into town and bought fishing permits for the lakes, now I can go fishing on the weekends if I want.
I will get to walk the dogs today, and a plus is I feel much better.

Today was a busy day in the office for me but got alot done and it kept me busy for sometime today which was nice. I was able to do some other things like mylotting and on perk.com to get some online earnings done. Home now after doing stuff around the house and cooking and cleaning up, I am now in bed sitting up trying to get some more t ime on here of course. Hope you have a great night.

The best thing about going to the doctor's is reading while waiting. I do the same, whether I'm waiting for someone else or for my own appointment.
My day was okay, allergies are driving me mad but otherwise I've no complaints.

Glad to hear the rain stopped and your day went to well. I got my tires checked and bought gas for my drive to Portland tomorrow, then played ping pong for two hours.
