I was planning to have one of the puppies dewormed next week so I tried to withdraw my funds.
But then I got this response from the ATM that my card was expired?
How could that happen when this is new and the expiry would be two years from now.
Well, I admit about not having transaction every month. I wonder if that's got to do with it.

There a new ATM card gor all the banks this 2018. They all changing the card into one with like a sim. For unionbank. You have to apply it online and then after a few weeks you can claim it to your branch. They say it got more protection. And this applies to all atm cards

Hello @rakski Really? I didn't know about that. You think it's better If I personally visit my branch and have it replace by them personally? Not sure about online. I haven't renew my online bank over there.

@Letranknight2015 yes you can but still you have to apply it online. I have my eon I just replace it late last year, when I tried to purchase online, they wont accept the card so I inquired. They give me a website where to apply online. It is easy and they will inform you via text message if your card is available.
This the same for all ATM. The new card they issue this year has a sim type wherein they said that it has more protection than the past cards.

@Letranknight2015 oh no! I'm not sure what could have happened and it is odd since it's a new card. I really hope something gets done to sort it all out for you to use it.

@Letranknight2015 I think it is better to talk with the staff of this bank. It is really a bad transaction the last time that I had with them.

Helo @Shavkat I just bought a western union mastercard this year, and renew my union debit last year. I can't believe this is happening.
