He calls himself Danger

and so do other people. I mentioned Danger in my last post about people I meet doing my film extras hobby and here is a bit more about him and Amir, his Chihuahua. The little dog was wandering around the Extras holding area. I thought maybe he was in the movie and asked whose dog he was. The guy I asked said, "Oh, he belongs to Danger". I wasn't sure I heard that right, but did not say more. A bit later, acting as one of twelve jurors, Danger was sitting next to me. During breaks, we talked about dogs and the army (both vets). I asked him if he had a day job and he grinned and told me he was a male stripper. Then I asked how he got the name Danger. It turns out that when he began stripping, the agent said he had to have a nick name. Danger told me, "I thought for a minute and came up with Danger. So, all the extras he has worked with in Portland and everyone he has met in the last twenty years know him as Danger. He has done as many as four shows in a weekend, he said and the tips are great!
