Practical ways of losing weight

I'm still struggling with my weight loss routine and I need to have my hour glass shape back but it like the snail pace change isn't helping my ministry he he. Have you being able to lose weight drastically, please help a friend, what did you really do.Will love to replicate same?

Results will take time..just do it and motivate yourself to reach the weight loss goals..eat fibre content foods and cut down sugary foods
