Something Else Thats Eaten

Last night, after watching my favorite show. Client moved it to cooking channel. Well, I was mylotting. The chefs were cooking duck tongue. I was surprised. I have never heard anyone cook and eat the tongue of a duck. Of course they had a lot of them. I know my Mom, used to boil the tongue of a cow, and slice it. But I just never heard of cooking duck tongue. Have you ever heard of anyone eating duck tongue?

I didn't until Tuesday night, when I saw it on the cooking show.

I have never heard of that. It doesn't sound like something I would like to eat.

That's a first for me. I had cow tongue when I was a kid. It was good.
