On this gorgeous summer afternoon, it was the perfect and right weather with sunshine, warm temperatures, and a gentle breeze. For my next swim lesson, the lap pool was jumping with families during open swim hours. So we spent the first half of the lesson in the lap pool and moved to the leisure lap pool for the second half.
I've warmed up with the two laps of the breast stroke in the lap pool. Then I did the first set of four laps of backstrokes there back to back. In the leisure pool, I did another set of 4 laps of backstrokes and finished with 2 laps of the freestyle and front crawl.
I did tell Paige that my cortisone shot injection was canceled last week and then I'll see her a week from today. I'll tell her that I won't be doing lessons on 7/5 (since my cousin comes over to visit) and 7/10 (the same day I have my writer's meeting) next month.
As for Upwork, no word yet from my client. Hopefully I'll hear from him tomorrow. As for the weather, it's going to super-rainy tomorrow from morning to night. I might skip water aerobics and yoga and go to my PT session (40% chance of T-storms when I leave at 1:35 PM, and 70% chance of t-storms when I'm done around 3 PM). I'll bring my poncho with me and leave my cell at home. Unless it changes overnight, like it did Tuesday night and yesterday morning, I would take a half-day at the gym.

@mlgen1037 I believe so. She knows what I need to work on or how to pace myself.

My progress is that I can do laps without breaks and doing it timed. I'm doing pretty good, though I don't like freestyle too much.

Sounds like you are making good progress with your swimming. I'm 68 and could never learn to swim. When I go swimming I use some kind of floater to keep on top of the water.
