That incline looks very steep I don't think I would like to be on that in high winds!

Really scary. And according to the article thatvI have read. The reason why they designed it that way to make way for the big boats or ships that passes under the bridge. To make a bigger room for them.

Neither pedestrians nor motorists will be safe on that bridge. This reminds me of the crooked street in San Francisco It has become a tourist attraction just to have a look. I have been there.
