Since we been talking about technology upgrades this is one I remember this like it was yesterday no complications might take a little longer to get what u wanted but it worked. But it was the simpler days I dont like all the automated stuff the computers dont understand you half the time.Sometimes I find myself yelling at the computer on the phone how about you.
