Happy 3rd if July! Today is National eat your bean day! Haha sound like a silly day to me. It’s observed every year on the 3rd of July. This day is to celebrate vegetable beans of all sizes, colors and shapes. Beans a typical know as Legumes.
Yum yum, eats some beans with your dinner tonight or lunch if you like beans. I loved bake beans but I also like just beans cooked up with some rice.

I don't think spaghetti will go well with beans.
I like beans on toast! haha. I tried it once a few years ago and ever since then I get the Heinz Beans in the teal can whenever I can.

Yeah that doesn’t go to gether very well.
I haven’t tried beans on toast. I have heard of people doing that but I have never tried it.

@ScribbledAdNauseum we get beans a lot since they are gluten free and highnjn protine.

@ShyBear88 I used to work at a grocery store and they carried the heinz beans. I got them every once in awhile and then started just ordering them in four packs online.
I haven't ordered any in quite awhile but it used to be a breakfast staple for me for oh.. three or so weeks.

you are right. beans and rice is a very good nutritious meal that has a good source of protein.

I don't like beans unless they are refried beans. Other than that, I will just pass because bake beans are just too sweet.

beans are delicious and also healthy for you. i had no idea that today is national eat beans day every year. i have already done my grocery shopping for the week so my kitchen cabinets and my fridge are both already filled with other food.

Today is eat your bean day and another day in January is bean day where you celebrate them in general.
