My eldest daughter, Tania, just sent me a picture she called Lawrence of Arabia.
And she, she was in Arabia, near Morocco, on a 2 day tour with my grandson Felipe. Her transportation, a dromedary, was nearby. They both had those beautiful and colorful head wraps that people use for the sand and sun.
But I could see their smile. Literally, the trip had been a pain in the *ss
, but she said it was worth it.
We were less adventurous with my husband. We took the children to Disneyworld.
How about you? Do you have children to take to awesome places?

Wow. Your daughter's photo looks professional. I took my two children to Egypt. It was amazing to see the pyramids. We got to hold a young crocodile that lived in someone's house near Aswan. We found Luxor very interesting with all its rich historical sights. It was lovely to ride on the trains in Egypt. That was last year we went there. In 2015 we visited Morocco where we saw a very beautiful garden and castle like walls in Rabat. Also we rode the trains there and it was quite an adventure.

Love that photo. No, no kids to take anywhere. I know a family back in Latvia who took their kids to an African safari this past spring,

That's a neat photo!
We never really got to do trips when I was a kid, as my mom either worked or watched other peoples kids.
No kids of my own to take places, and have never been to Disney. But have taken lots of nieces and nephews to places like chuck e cheese, and fun but simple places like mini-golfs and bowling alley.

All we ever did together, we took the kids to the Detroit Zoo. And we also went to the Henry Ford Museum, as kids. I love this photo, it looks very professional, Marguicha:) I hope Tania and Felipe had a wonderful time:)

@kobesbuddy My father did not have much money but a great imagination. So when we climbed the hill, he took a water bottle that had seen better days and we went to a trip to the Everest.

@marguicha My parents took us to a motel on Drummond Island. They saved all year long, so we could go fishing on a lake where we stayed. I guess that our entire vacation was about $100.

This is so nice. I would like to check out the African safari someday or any other that nature has to offer. I've grown out of the Disneyland phase, but it's nice to bring small kids there though.
