A fruit cake for vegans

How many of you avoid eggs. In India, people suffering from high blood pressure avoid do avoid eggs and cuisines made of it. Some even don't like eggs as my husband and therefore I prepare a purely vegetarian fruit cake whether in summer or winter. This snap is of a summer veg cake, made of watermelon and guavas. Of course, deseed the guavas to avoid teeth damage.
Vegans can feel the taste of cakes now.

You can try it. Add fruit pulp steamed with sugar instead of eggs.

You can try it as the ingredients are the same as any other cake excepting fruits.
