It is 4:55 PM and it is really raining big cats and big dogs. What I mean is, very strong rains are pouring, and I am worried much because my son does not have an umbrella to use going to the tricycle parking area.
I texted him that I cannot fetch him because the visibility on the road with the rain will be different when driving. I cannot drive out too because the gate is closed.
I sent him a text message to pay double fare so he will be brought in our ‘purok’ (locality).
The rain is a relief from the very hot temperature we had the whole day; I just did not expect that it will rain before my son is home. He only has his baseball cap to protect his head from the sun and the rain now.
(And now, there are roars of thunder.)

there are many students and teachers who wait for tricycle, that is why he drove the car this morning.

his baseball cap is permanently placed in his backpack. yes, it is cooler now but sat times, it gets hot during midday

yes that is true. more often than not, those living downhill may experience flash floods and worse, land slides.
