Eating Pineapple

Didn't have much in lunch today? So I peeked into the refrigerator to see if anything is there. To my surprise, there was a big slice of pineapple there. I cut it into pieces and thinking of having it with salt. Have you guys tasted pineapple lately? If you did share how you enjoy eating pineapples. Recipes are also welcome.

I love pineapples but my husband (who does most of the shopping) won't buy them because he hates the fuss of peeling them. When I was a child my grandparents fed us a lot of canned pineapple. We used to freeze the juice from the can in ice-cube trays as frozen treats. I'm just a bit worried that you will be in trouble when whoever put the pineapple there comes home and finds you ate it.

Oh I love pineapples. I prefer eating it as it is as a snack. And I also like adding it to some of our home cooked dishes.
