Ever since the Hover board was shown by Mcfly from back to the future two, I wonder when there's some one that can invent this.
Then fast forward there had been people that tried to make similar floating devices, even a helicopter bike.
But this one made by a Frank Zapata from France was just as close.
It's going to be available by 2019 but it will cost you at least 2 to 3000EU or 250000$.
Unfortunately, despite of the video evidence there had been many skeptics.
