Hello everyone. Just a while ago, I had an asthma attack. It is very unfortunate for me that I had my last puff of my inhaler this morning. I am busy today. I did a lot of cleaning the bedroom and wiping the walls in the living room to free them from dust. And I also cannot go to the pharmacy to buy because my kids are all here due to the suspension of classes. So what I did is to nebulize. Boy, how happy am I to breathe normally. I think I need to have a check up with a doctor the soonest. Have a wonderful day to all.

It is not hot and not cold. It stopped raining last Sunday night also. But the changing of weather triggers also my allergic rhinitis

That would be a good idea. I'm glad you had a way to be able to breathe normally.

Since I have asthma since I was small, it is a must that I always have the nebulizer and nebules at home

@rakski It's good you do. I'm sorry you have asthma. My father suffered from it too along with emphysema.

My brother's asthma attacks as a kid were frightening! He lived to the age of 85 fighting it!

i think you should always have a standby canister for your terbutaline inhaler. also, you should not work hard because the asthma will come.

I usually have. But due to the suspension of classes for 4 and a half day. I was stuck with the kids at home. Last week was very rainy so it is hard to go out with the kids with me.

@rakski Many children get over with their asthma by swimming. My younger daughter used to have asthma when she was a small girl so we enrolled her in summer swimming classes. The asthma gradually vanished as she grew older. At present, what she has is rhinitis which is especially triggered at this time which is winter in NZ where she works.

The steam from a hot shower will also help you to breath.

I thought you'd have had a total bed weather kind of day since classes were suspended. You never seem to take a rest, Rakski-san.

Take care. The attack was triggered by dust inhalation I suppose.
