Hi MyLotters, I just saw this quote by an unknown person. "The days you are most uncomfortable are the days you learn most about yourself." I've found that it has often been true in my own life. (This isn't the first time I've considered this idea.) You know, the times I've stepped out of my comfort zone to try something new. Or when I'm having a bad day- maybe sad, impatient, angry, doubting myself... When I make myself stop and really look at what triggers those emotions, I can learn to change my responses. What do you think about this?

I think there is some truth in that! One doesn't stretch when they are comfortable but they stretch when they are uncomfortable. One doesn't reach for something when they are comfortable but when they are uncomfortable.

This is very true, when you have a reaction you don't like and you think about what caused it, you can change the way you react to these situations. Only you can change the way you are and what you want to be.

I understand @dya80dya. There are couple of specific things in my life that I'm working on right now. It's too easy to go back to old habits! But I'm trying to make at least a little progress daily.
