My colleague had a journey lately and she brought back the Mongolian style jerky. This is a new kind of jerky I tried. It is very dry and hard but I like it. Last night I tried to make it at home and I am surprised it seemed to be very successful

It is beef. I added many kinds of seasoning, like the pepper powder and so on. I baked it for 1:30 hours with 100 centigrades.

Yes, it is the beef jerky. I think perhaps the beef is the best meat to make the jerky.
