We all experience internet failure sometime or the other and have to tolerate that. It surely is a poor internet connection.

@yanzalong find out the mb of the image. The Internet may be working well but some sites have picture upload specifications.

I have reduce the size but it still won't upload. Maybe the browser should be changed.

Finally I installed uc browser and used it to upload the photo.

the format accepted are .JPG, .PNG, .IMG and .GIF, while the file size should be 3mb or less.
