What's on your plate for dinner tonight/breakfast/lunch, depending on where in the world you are right now?
It's late Thursday evening, and I've just put a tuna casserole in the oven. Made with spaghetti squash, two cans of albacore tuna in water, bella baby sliced mushrooms, in a homemade white sauce, made with almond flour, olive oil, and cashew milk. Brought together in a casserole dish and sprinkled generously with Mrs. Dash lemon pepper, and mixed, and placed in the oven for 30 minutes.
That's what's on my plate. What's on yours?
Thanks for reading.

My daughter had arranged with my son to go to Sonic in McPherson, then over to the park so the kiddos could play while they had a nice visit. Can I say it was too much of the wrong things? Now at lunch yesterday we had chef salad with turkey and ham, grape tomatoes, mixed spring greens etc.

Even if it was too much of the wrong things, it was still a good time. Your lunch yesterday made up for it.

I love adult foods, not greasy foods, the kids usually want to order.

That sounds quite interesting, Valerie I would never have thought of using that squash in that manner. I tried to use beets that we're spiraled with Alfredo sauce, not so good.

@just4him I've eaten a lot of spaghetti squash but I mostly have it with butter and either parmesan or mozzarella cheese. Yum.
I've tried it many times with normal spaghetti sauce and wasn't hooked but when my silver used homemade canned tomatoes and other ingredients it was delicious.
I've not canned my own tomatoes since I was in my twenties. Maybe I'll do them again once I retire but that will have to wait. I

@MarshaMusselman The first time I made spaghetti squash, I ate it with just some spices. It was okay, but putting it with spaghetti or tuna was very good. I made it a while back as a regular pasta salad too, that was very good. There's so much you can do with it.

@just4him good thing the fried dried fish has little or no more salt at all because i washed them first before frying them.

Sounds yummy!! I had a little heavy veg biryani for lunch. I had friends today for lunch. So just settled with a light dinner of roasted poha ( flattened rice)with green peas and onion fry.

Wow, looks like you have had an awesome dinner. As for me, I just had beef steak and some fried fish for dinner. To be honest, I am not a good cook so my mom is usually in charge of the kitchen. But I can make some traditional Filipino dishes.
