William Wallace Sword

This sword was once used by William Wallace, the most respected Scottish patriot during the Scottish War of Independence in the late 13th century. This sword, which according to legend has a sarong made from human skin, namely Hugh de Cressingham, the Scottish nobleman Wallace defeated in the battle of Stirling Bridge and he was skinned to be a scabbard.
Currently the sword is stored at the National Wallace Monument and over the centuries has been improved many times. Even though it was true that the scabbard was originally from human skin, perhaps the existence of the sarong was no longer known.
I was reminded of the Braveheart movie played and directed by Mel Gibson

If I hadn't seen Braveheart many years ago when it was shown in the cinema, I wouldn't have any idea who William Wallace is.

Braveheart is one of my old time favorite movies. although it was criticized in a lot of ways such as the costume was not the correct and so on. who cares it's nice anyway.
so that's the real one? hmmm...
