Good morning from the Philippines, my fellow myLotters.
It is a somewhat gloomy Sunday and since my son won't have masteral classes today, I and my sister agreed that we go to church together and I expect we should be in church at 8:30am.
She has been awake since 5am; me at 4:45 AM. I am down to the living room since 5:30am.
I don't know what keeps her staying longer in her room when I am down, have set the table for breakfast, and waiting for her. My coffee has gotten warm now, from being hot.
I guess she has to complete 5 levels of candy crush saga. I guess she has to give her status post on Facebook first. I guess she has to wait until I tidy up the living room and kitchen.
I hope to attend mass at 9:30am, now that she is down here preparing her daily maintenance medicines.
Hope to see you around. Meantime let us have a Nutella sandwich and warm coffee.

i should ignore but i believe it is not very possible because we are only 3 at home and we don't go out often. practically, we stay home during weekends.

@ridingbet I never use sugar, I also drink my coffee without sugar. I like chocolate, but I only buy dark chocolate bars.

i sometimes read the nutritional value of what the spread shows. that is why when i make myself a sandwich, it is not thick, it is like applying a very thin layer only. in fact, i eat my share of chocolates every 2-3 days only. i am concerned too, about my sugar intake, and also low salt, low fat, and more water.
my sister though, takes a tablespoon of brown (unrefined) sugar with rice as her dessert, after every lunch and dinner.
