I usually buy my potato chips at Ruler Foods. Heck, I get a heck of a deal on my wavy variety, which I prefer, at just 85 cents a bag lately. But I just saw an ad on the ad side of my screen advertising Lay's Wavy West Coast Truffle Fries and they sound interesting.
I hear truffles are good. Although I am not sure I have ever actually eaten any. So, my thinking is how can one go wrong combining the two?
Have you tried Lay's new chip? What did you think? Does it sound like something that would be tasty?

@dgobucks226 Looking back on this, I don't think I ever did actually try them. I wonder if they are still around?

Oh no. That's no good. And not much you can do with popcorn either. I mean, it's not like you can make a casserole out of it...or can you? Hmm. Ah. Probably not. lol. Obviously they are not making this stuff out of real truffles since truffles are ungodly expensive. So making a flavor that TASTES like truffle might not be as successful. Who knows? I may try to find a bag and pay the premium just to see if they stack up.

I haven't but I am usually disappointed with Lays fancy flavors. They have a pimento cheese one that looks interesting though.
