The Regular practice of yoga in the morning provides external and internal relief by keeping away from countless diseases at the physical and mental level. The practice of posture or posture strengthens the body and mind and also creates a feeling of feeling good. It stimulates the human brain, improves emotions, and helps in a higher level of concentration by stabilizing emotions and emotions. The feeling of welfare helps us in nature and thus enhances social welfare. Better concentration level helps in meditation and provides calm effects and inner peace in the brain. Yoga is like a practical philosophy that develops self-discipline and self awareness through regular practice.
