Do you enter "follows" section on myLot?

I followed some people here on myLot and some followed me from time to time, but I found myself not using this option at all. I usually go in explore and read discussions from there, no metter do I follow that person or not. What about you? Do you use this option and open "follows"?

I make sure that the people I follow are those people whose discussions I am really interested in. I don't follow people I seldom find their discussions not worthy of my attention. However, after I'm done with going over the people I follow discussions, I go to the most recent tab. That's how I have been doing from the time this new platform was introduced by mylot since it was different 8 years ago.

I have not opened the "Follows" section in...? I generally try to "pay back" comments to people who have commented on my posts.
